Based in Carlisle we attract members from far and wide with athletes travelling up to 50 miles to train with us at the Sheepmount stadium.
We welcome athletes of all abilities aged 9 to 109 whether new to the sport or competing at an elite level. Our coaches will help athletes whatever their favoured discipline whether it’s road, track and field or cross country. Contact us to find out more information.
